The Canadian lazy-rocker will stop for a mid-summer show to present his new record The Old Dog.
MacDeMarco (alias of 26-year-old Canadian MacBriare Samuel Lanyon DeMarco) will release “This Old Dog”, his third album and first full-length since 2014’s “Salad Days”. In conjunction, he will embark on a world tour, stopping at MeetFactory on Sunday, August 13. He’ll return to Prague after 4 long years, this time as a well-known act — playing prime slots at Primavera or Coachella festivals, his records full of lazy summer songs being adored by both journalists and fans. The new record could be a surprise for many — Mac has moved from Queens to Los Angeles, and his new songs, wrote on an acoustic guitar, are much calmer and personal then ever before.
