"Asian food" is not just "about rice and noodles!" Asian cuisine is very diverse, compared to other continents, and uses more spices, flavorings and additives. Not only can you expect foods well known in China, Thailand, Japan and Vietnam, but you will also find cuisines from Lebanon, Georgia, Azerbajndžán, Syria, Mongolia, Yemen, Maldives, Oman and more than 40 countries. The festival aims to present as much of the culinary arts of these countries, offering traditional dishes that retain their authenticity.
